Well I'm back and I just posoted more photos from the Auto Show and my friends, check it out and see if you like it.  I have two Digital Art classes 3D Studio Max Introduction of Model and Animation and Digital Video Design.  And I think I'm going to enjoy this two wonderful classes.  And just so you know, I've just join in Flickr account and add my photos, check it out at: www.flickr.com/photos/granturi…

Itasha

Itasha(痛車, Itasha?) is a Japanese term for an otaku fad of individuals decorating the bodies of their cars with fictional characters of anime, manga, or video games (especially bishōjo game or eroge). These characters are predominately "cute" female. The decorations usually involve paint schemes and stickers. Automobiles are called Itasha, while similar motorcycles and bicycles are called itansha (痛単車, itansha?) and itachari (痛チャリ, itachari?), respectively.

The cars are seen prominently in places such as Akihibara (Tokyo), Nipponbashi (Osaka), or Ōsu (Nagoya). Itasha also appears in customizable video games, such as Forza Motorsport 2. [1] Two cars participating the 2008 Super GT

Etymology
Itasha derives from combining the Japanese words for itai (痛い, itai? painful) and sha (車, sha? vehicle). Itai here means "painful", as in "painfully embarrassing". The name is also a pun for Italian cars (イタリア車, Itaria-sha?), truncated in Japanese slang as Itasha (イタ車, Itasha?).

From Summer 2007, itasha oriented convention called Autosalone (あうとさろーね, Autosarōne?) is held in Ariake, near the site of Comiket. In 2008, Aoshima Bunka Kyozai started to sell a model car of itasha. Itashas also get a lot of involvement in real motorsport events in recent years. In 2008 Japan Rally Series, Melonbooks, a famous dojin shop, put a Honda City Itasha into the JN1(cars below 1400cc) class, they started with 3 straight wins, and eventually finished as class Champion that year, claimed the first individual, as well as first overall Champion title in Japan's motorsport event for Itashas. In the same year's Super GT, Studie (a BMW tuning shop in Japan) sent a Hatsune Miku-schemed Z4 to the GT300 class since race 6, make Itashas debut in international events under FIA. 3 months later, MOLA also adopted their 350Z with a Itasha scheme featured Kagamine Rin and Len in the same series' final race, which they finished sixth on that race and claimed their driver and team's title in GT300 class [3]. Tsuyoshi Tezuka did adopted a minor Itasha sticker on his R32 in 2008's D1 Grand Prix season, even he claimed that that was the team owner's idea and he has zero knowledge to the parody used.
